Want to check out the departure times, arrival times, and fares of the trains

If you enter the name of the station where you ride a train and the name of the station where you get off and do a search by designating the date and time on the Route Search page on the website, the departure time, arrival time, and fare will be displayed.

I want to know the location of the toilet or Tickets/Fare adjustment at the station.

Please select the station you want to know about in the “Find a station” section at the bottom of the “Lines and stations” page on the website and check the station map of the station.

What should I do if I left my belongings on a train or at a station?

Please ask a station staff member staffed at each ticket gate for help. When station staff members are not present, please use a station staff intercom placed near the ticket gate.
Please check at the Lost and Found Center located in Osaka-umeda Station after 1 p.m. of the day after you left your belongings.

Can I ride trains with IC cards for public transportation such as Suica and ICOCA?

As IC cards for public transportation, PiTaPa, ICOCA (including Mobile ICOCA), Kitaca, manaca, TOICA, PASMO (including Mobile PASMO), Suica (Including Mobile Suica), HAYAKAKEN, nimoca, and SUGOCA can be used.

Can I purchase tickets using credit cards or IC cards?

Tickets cannot be purchased with credit cards, IC cards, etc. You can pay only in cash when purchasing tickets using ticket windows.

Can I ride trains using credit cards, etc.?

Credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards of the following brands and smartphones with these card systems can be used over the contactless-enabled ticket checkers. (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay))

Can I get tickets or entry tickets that I purchased by mistake refunded?

Tickets or entry tickets purchased by mistake can be refunded only on the day of purchase at a ticket window within the station where they were purchased. (No charge)

Want to know the difference between Kyo-Train Garaku and PRiVACE

Kyo-Train Garaku is a tourist train that is operated on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto.
(You can ride Kyo-Train Garaku only with the regular fare without paying any additional charge.)

PRiVACE is a special railcar operated on the Kyoto Line that gives passengers private space and comfort.
(To ride PRiVACE, you need to pay the seat selection fee of 500 yen separately in addition to the regular fare.)

Is the Wi-Fi service provided on the Hankyu trains?

The Wi-Fi service is available on some trains.

HH cross Wi-Fi (Those staying in the service areas) : Since you will be automatically connected to the Wi-Fi network just by going to the service areas, you can conveniently use the Wi-Fi service with no trouble. (*You need to download the app, register your ID, and log in.)

HANKYU-HANSHIN WELCOME Wi-Fi (Temporary users) : Every time you connect to this Wi-Fi network, you need to complete the login authentication process using an e-mail address or via social media.

Is there any tourist information center that provides tourist information and support related to Hankyu Railway?

There are three tourist information centers that provide support (to customers from overseas) in multiple languages to enable comfortable travel at Osaka-umeda Station, Kyoto-Kawaramachi Station, and Karasuma Station.
The opening hours are as follows.

Is there any luggage storage inside the premises of the stations?

Hankyu Tourist Center Osaka-umeda, Hankyu Tourist Information Center, KYOTO-KAWARAMACHI, and Hankyu Tourist Information Center, KYOTO-KARASUMA provides a luggage storage service (700 yen/day).
