You can purchase regular tickets and purchase and load IC cards using a ticket window in a station. Payments can only be made in cash. In addition, advantageous tickets and the ticket for reserved seats PRiVACE cannot be purchased at a ticket window. Please check the following for information on how to purchase.

Refund
1. Select the language you want to use
2. Select “Ticket Refund”
3. Read the notes and press “Confirm”
4. Insert the ticket to be refunded
5. Confirm the refund amount and press “Confirm”
6. Receive the money
Purchase of an IC card (ICOCA)
1. Select the language you want to use
2. Select “Buy an ICOCA”
3. Put 2,000 yen in cash into the ticket window and receive an IC card
*ICOCA is sold at 2,000 yen per card (including the deposit of 500 yen). If you need a receipt, press the “Issue a receipt” button.
Loading of an IC card
1. Select the language you want to use
2. Select “Recharge a Card”
3. Insert an IC card
4. Select the amount to add
*If you press “10 to 990,” you can load your IC card in increments of 10 yen. Press the “History” button to display and print the usage history.
5. Put the money to add into the ticket window
6. Select “Receipt: Yes” or “Receipt: No”
7. Receive the IC card
Excess fare adjustment
If you insert the regular ticket into an excess fare adjustment machine, it automatically calculates the excess fare, and you can adjust your fare on the spot. If you use an IC card, you can add a sizable sum of money or the excess fare.

6. Receive an exit ticket

7. Go outside the ticket gate using the exit ticket
