Boarding Information

A reserved seat ticket is required in addition to the regular ticket when using PRiVACE service.
Reserved seat tickets can be booked via PRiVACE seat reservation website. Or you can get tickets on board if seats are available (only for the train you have boarded).

You can purchase a reserved seat ticket from 14 days before boarding to one minute before the reserved train departs (one minute before the departure time listed in the timetable of the boarding station).
Use requires an email address. Details of your reservation will be sent to the registered email address. (The same occurs when a reservation is changed or refunded.)
If you register as an HH cross ID^*member,you will receive PRiVACE points that you can use starting from your next purchase of a reserved seat ticket.
- This is a convenient single ID that can be used with a variety of services provided by the Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Group. (You can also log in using your Takarazuka Revue common ID.)
- It is also possible to make reservations (as a guest) without registering as a member.
If seats are available, you can buy a seat reservation ticket from the on-board attendant (cash payment only).
