Half an hour of train travel from the city, a different world awaits, rich with nature.

Come to the beautiful scenery of Minoh Otaki Falls to forget the hustle and bustle of the city and take a breather. Why not enjoy mature luxury and savor some “momiji tempura,” tempura-battered maple leaves unique to the area, with a local beer in hand as you watch the waterfall? This fall is stunning while the leaves are crimson, but also boasts different scenery in each of the four seasons. (Minoh Station → Minoh Otaki Falls Approx. 40 mins’ walk)

At the Expo’70 Commemorative Park, you’ll find lots of places to enjoy flowers and plants in all four seasons across the vast grounds, including the Japanese Garden. Celebrate lush green nature with the Tower of the Sun, one of Osaka’s representative monuments.
