Surutto KANSAI KANSAI RAILWAY PASS
The Kansai Railway Pass is a special ticket provided only to tourists visiting Japan for sightseeing. It offers unlimited travel on all the subway and private railway lines in Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe and Himeji (Hyogo), Nara, Wakayama, and Shiga. It is not applied to some railway lines such as JR and Randen and all the bus lines.

- Terms of Use

- To purchase the pass in Japan, any of the following conditions must be met.

- (1) A foreign tourist visiting Japan with a short-stay visa (You need to present your passport to purchase the pass.)
- (2)A Japanese living overseas or a person living overseas with a permanent resident status or a permanent resident card. (You need to present your ID.)
- (3) A guide accompanying a person who meets the above condition (1) or (2). (You need to purchase the pass at the same time with a person who meets the above condition (1) or (2).)
*One person can purchase up to three passes at a time per passport. (You can combine the two-day pass and the three-day pass freely.)
- Areas where the pass is valid

The pass offers one person unlimited rides on the trains operated by the member railway operators of Surutto Kansai for two or three days during the validity period.

- Refund
- You can get a refund at the place where you purchased the pass during the validity period only if the pass is still unused. (You need to pay a fee designated by the place where you purchase the pass.)
