  • This delay certificate is issued when a train has a delay of 5 minutes or more.
  • When train service is suspended for 2 hours or more, the approximate duration of the suspension will be displayed as the time during which the service was unavailable. (Displayed after service resumes)
  • This delay certificate certifies the maximum delay time on our lines or the duration of the suspension of all trains in the out-of-service sections. It does not certify the delay or suspension time of individual trains. Your arrival at your intended destination may be further delayed due to transfers and other factors.
  • This delay certificate only certifies the delay or suspension of our trains. It does not provide proof that you will be compensated for damages caused by the delays or suspensions.
  • Please note that you will not be compensated for any damages caused by train delays or suspensions of service, even in the event you were unable to use other planned means of transportation (trains, buses, airplanes, etc.).
