In case of emergency
If you see a person falling from the station platform
In an emergency situation, please press the button. This will bring trains to an emergency stop.
If a problem arises on the train
Please press the button of an emergency call unit since these units are installed on all train cars. By pressing the button of an emergency call unit with a calling feature, you can talk to the train crew. Please inform the crew of the situation.
When making an emergency escape from the train
By pulling the emergency door handle, you can open the door by hand.
Precaution for use
Do not touch it while the train is running. Because it is dangerous if you go outside the train hastily, please follow station staff‘s instructions.
When escaping from the train to the platform
By pressing the emergency button, you can open the movable platform gate by hand. Please use this button if there is a passenger left between the movable platform gate and the train.
If a fire occurs inside the train
All train cars are equipped with fire extinguishers. Please use them in an emergency.
