Ticket gate counter opening hours

The opening hours of the ticket gate counters are as follows. During other time periods or when the counters are temporarily unattended, customers can use the station staff intercom to contact staff. If necessary, station staff will be dispatched from other stations to assist. You may have to wait until a station staff arrives. We kindly ask for your understanding.

  • Issuance of handwritten receipts (including putting a stamp on a receipt with an invalid stamp)

    *If a receipt is not issued at a ticket window or by using a fare adjustment machine

  • Group ticket Pre-order and release
  • Refunds of various tickets

    *Regular tickets can be refunded at the ticket windows.

  • Services related to IC cards (various settings, registration of lost cards, issuance of card statements)
  • Confirmation of online student commuter pass reservations

To use this service, please visit the station ticket gate counter or use the station staff intercom. A staff member will assist you.
Please note that you may have to wait until a station staff comes to assist you if you use this service outside the ticket gate counter’s opening hours or even during the opening hours depending on the circumstances, such as the temporary absence of staff.
