〈Digital special tickets〉SURUTTO KANSAI Osaka Amazing Pass Osaka Airport (Itami)-Banpaku-kinen Koen Edition FY2025

In addition to all lines of Osaka Metro and Osaka City Bus (excluding some routes) and the Osaka areas of Hankyu, Hanshin, Keihan, Nankai, and Kintetsu, the designated sections of the Osaka Airport and Banpaku-kinen Koen areas of Osaka Monorail and Kita-Osaka Kyuko are Digital special tickets for one day. This Tickets can be purchased from the SURUTTO QRtto sales page.

When you purchase Digital special tickets, you can use eligible facilities in the Osaka area for free or at a discount by performing the prescribed operations on your smartphone.

* Surutto QRtto is a service that allows customers to purchase tickets that can be used for railway and bus Tickets and tourist facilities with their own smartphones, and use them without a ticket (2D barcode) as it is.

【Please be careful】
・To purchase and use this Digital special tickets, you need a smartphone and a Credit card. In addition, packet communications charges incurred when purchasing and using Digital special tickets will be borne by the customer.

-Digital special tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other Tickets or IC card ticket. Fare adjustment machine is also not available.

・Please use QR code-compatible ticket gate when using.

・ It is not available at each station window, Hankyu Tourist Center Osaka-umeda, and Hankyu Tourist Information Center, Kyoto (Kawaramachi/Karasuma).

  You can purchase it on the Surutto QRtto website (https://surutto-qrtto.com) or the Osaka Amazing Pass Platform (osaka-amazing-pass.com).

  Refund

  ・Refunds can be made by following the designated procedures on your smartphone but only before pressing the "Start using the pass" button within the validity period. (No fee)
  
  ・Refunds will be made through the credit card company used to purchase the digital special tickets. The refund date will vary depending on the settlement cycle set by the credit card company. Please check your credit card statement to see whether the refund was made.
