Train car introduction
8000 series
The 8000 series was developed to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the founding of Hankyu and began operating on the Takarazuka Line on January 1, 1989.
This is the first frame-type vehicle in Hankyu that has been redesigned with a new front shape that has been inherited since the 2000 series. The gable window glass on both sides of the driver's cab has been enlarged to the roof, and the gable opening glass in the center has been enlarged to the lower part of the roof, and a large stainless steel hood including headlights has been installed.
The side windows have been enlarged by 50 mm up and down to improve the view, and an air-type power window has been adopted. The power windows can be opened and closed individually with a switch next to the window, and can be operated simultaneously from the driver's cab.
Since 2019, we have been carrying out renewal work on the 8000 series, including interior renewal work and the introduction of the latest equipment and equipment.
