GOOD DESIGN LONG LIFE DESIGN AWARD
"Hankyu Railway Design" was nominated by a customer and received the "2022 GOOD DESIGN LONG LIFE DESIGN AWARD" (sponsored by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion).
The purpose of GOOD DESIGN LONG LIFE DESIGN AWARD is to honor designs that are loved by people in their lives and that they hope will continue to exist in the future. This award is a testament to the timeless love of the Hankyu Railway designs, including the maroon color, which is the symbol of the car body color, and is very meaningful and gratifying to us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Hankyu Railway will continue to refine this design and move forward into the future together with you.
■ What is GOOD DESIGN LONG LIFE DESIGN AWARD?
The awards will be given to products, architecture, content, services, and other items that have the potential to serve as models for future designs and that continue to be standards that transcend time.
The aim of the awards is not simply to praise designs that have lasted a long time, but to honor designs that are loved by people in their daily lives and that we hope will continue to exist unchanged for years to come, as well as the people who created those designs.
