Train car introduction
8200 series
The 8200 series is created based on the 8000 series for the Kobe Line and Takarazuka Line. However, since their bodies are significantly different, a new vehicle model name, the 8200 series, has been given to it.
In order to alleviate the Congestion during commuting hours, a "retractable seat" that can be stored is adopted. By increasing the standing area, we have made it possible to ride comfortably.
The side entrance has been widened to make it easier for customers to get on and off. The width of the side windows, which were three between the side entrances, has been widened to two. A stanchion pole was installed in the center of the car body (removed during construction in 2008) so that customers who rode standing can ride safely and comfortably. The mounting position of the luggage rack and the strap has been raised, and the suspension hand has also been newly installed in the lateral direction of the car. In addition, the ring of the hanging hand has been changed from a round shape to a pentagonal shape.
In addition, the retractable seats have completed their role to a certain extent, and in 2008 work was carried out to replace the retractable seats with fixed seats. The fixed seat is a long seat with an intermediate partition for 3 or 2 people, and is also equipped with armrests with sleeves.
Special notes
Rollsign device
LED display devices are adopted for the side rollsign devices. The train type and destination are displayed together, and there are two rollsign devices installed, one for Japanese display and one for English display.
