・To purchase and use this Digital special tickets, you need a smartphone and a Credit card. In addition, packet communications charges incurred when purchasing or using Digital special tickets will be borne by the customer.

・ Digital special tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other Tickets and IC card ticket. Fare adjustment machine is also not available.

・Please use QR code-compatible ticket gate when using.

・ It is not sold at each station window, Hankyu Tourist Center Osaka-umeda, Hankyu Tourist Information Center, Kyoto (Kawaramachi/Karasuma).

    Refund

    ・ Refunds can be made only before the start date of the validity period or before pressing the "Start Use" button within the validity period, by performing the prescribed operation with the customer's smartphone. (No fees)

    ・Refunds will be made through the Credit card company that was settled at the time of Digital special tickets purchase. The refund date depends on the checkout cycle arranged by the Credit card company. Please check your statement for refunds.
